  • Our Hoop Trailer is 12 Ft long. It can fit in driveways, open spaces, and any fenced backyard with a double gate opening.

  • No. For safety and liability, our team must be the ones to position and lock the trailer in place.

  • Typically, we can have you set up and ready to go in about 30 minutes! We guarantee that your event will be in place at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start time.

  • Customers are liable for any missing, damaged or broken games. This includes rain damage on wooden games.

    There will be a damage or lost item fee provided to the customer. Please see our terms and conditions for further details

  • No! We provide a portable power supply so you can enjoy your Glow Up add on from anywhere!

  • We want your event to be perfect! If “uncooperative” weather (heavy rain or winds exceeding 20mph) is forecasted, you have two options:

    1. Reschedule: Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to move your booking to an available date within the next 12 months at no extra charge

    2. Rain Check: If you don’t have a new date yet, we will issue a full credit for the amount paid, valid for one year.

    Please note: Once equipment has been delivered and set up, no credits or refunds will be issued. We do not offer cash refunds for weather-related cancellations.
